Hello, I am Brooke. Brookie Cookie for short. I will show you a rhyming recipe, just for the fun of it.



Lemonade glasses
Are great for the summer.
Lemonade glasses
Just make things funner!

Lemonade starts out
from scratch.
So let's talk lemonade
To make a big batch!

First you get
the sugar.
Please, don't add
a single booger.

Then you get
some water.
Please don't make
the cup totter!

Finally, do the
lemon squeeze!
Only if you
say please!

Then you add
some ice.
Just to make
it nice!

5K run 2017

Yesterday was a big day for me! I ran a 5K all around a neighborhood and my school's track! I even won the placing for 64, and out of over ninety third and fourth graders. I felt proud, even if I was a third grader that has a hobby for dancing and piano. Here's how it goes: I started out on the very beginning of the track, and I was so scared I forgot all the words to "The Star Spangled Banner." 😟!!!! It was actually easier than I thought it was going to be, actually. With my mom standing next to me, pushing me to go further and further, I was all set. But this morning I woke up with aching hips.
